Automotive Collision Detail, Paint, Body & Glass Technician

Responsibilities: Auto Body & PaintRepair collision damage, dents, and dings on vehicle panelsSand, fill, prime, and prep surfaces for paintMix and apply paint using spray equipment and ensure proper color matchPolish and buff painted surfaces for a high-quality finish Auto DetailingClean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriorsPerform paint correction, waxing, and ceramic coating (as needed) Final vehicle prep before delivery to customer Auto GlassRemove and install windshields, side windows, mirrors, and back glassPerform small glass repairs (e.g., rock chips) when applicableUse proper adhesives and follow manufacturer safety procedures Requirements 2+ years of experience in at least one of the following: auto body repair, paint, detailing, or glass installationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAttention to detail and commitment to high-quality work Preferred (Not Required)I-CAR, ASE, or NGA certificationsFamiliarity with PDR (Paintless Dent Repair)

Pay Range: $20 - $35 per hour
