Court Commissioner: Preside Hearings & Trials

Fresno Superior Court seeks a highly qualified Court Commissioner to perform a range of judicial functions as prescribed by law. The role may involve night/weekend shifts and emergency duties as assigned by the Presiding Judge. The successful candidate will be an active member in good standing with the State Bar of California, with at least ten years of legal practice in California (or combined CA/other state experience), and hold a valid California driver’s license.
