- Chalk – release/deployment management experience

- Contact Center / IVR technology experience
- CI/CD and DevOps environmentsPOSITION OVERVIEWSeeking a mid-level Release Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee application and platform releases into production. This role is heavily focused on overnight maintenance windows, requiring strong coordination, risk management, communication, and adherence to release controls.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan and schedule application/platform releases into production. Coordinate release readiness, approvals, dependencies, and implementation plans. Lead and coordinate overnight maintenance windows. Serve as the central point of contact during production deployments. Track deployment progress against approved release plans..
