Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service during peak hours Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team (servers, hostesses, bussers)Deliver premium guest service, including handling VIP clientele Maintain the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and ambiance Manage reservations, guest seating, and overall restaurant capacity Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams for seamless coordination Monitor service quality and continuously implement improvements Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally

What We’re Looking For: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in upscale or premium restaurants Strong leadership skills and proven team management experience Genuine passion for hospitality and restaurant industry Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with guests Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
