Global Emergency Response & Continuity Program Lead

Waymo is seeking a senior leader to own the Emergency Response Team's operations, on-call programs, and cross-functional coordination across domestic and international sites. The role reports to the Head of Event Response and focuses on building robust action plans and crisis readiness. You will drive real-time workflow improvements, develop site-specific procedures, and ensure facilities have necessary readiness equipment and redundancy during crises. Travel up to 25% may be required.
