Hourly appointment: Up to 14 hours per week, no more than 400 total hours
Job duties/Responsibilities:
Editing manuscripts for the journal, Studies in Hispanic and Lusophone Linguistics, accepted for publication
Creating lists of problems or missing information that needs to be requested from authors
Formatting accepted manuscripts according to the publisher's specifications
Qualifications Required Qualifications:
Academic editing experience
Graduate degree in linguistics
Near-native or native fluency in Spanish and English
Pay and Benefits Pay Range: $22.50 per hour; depending on education/qualifications/experience.
