Maintenance & Reliability Manager for a Nationally Recognized Manufacturing Company
Location: Beaver Dam, WI
Salary: $110-$125K plus 25% bonus
Shift: 1st shift (7am-4pm or 8am-5pm) Monday-Friday
Job Qualifications:
Reliability & Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Experience managing teams of 20–40 employees Experience managing and executing capital projects Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programsCMMS experience; SAP preferred Strong mechanical, electrical, and PLC background Food or Pharma industry experience required Relevant Degree is a plus Relocation available About Maintenance Recruiter Maintenance Recruiter.com is a leading manufacturing and technical services recruiter.
