Regional Sales Representative

Responsibilities: Prospect and develop new wholesale customers Present products to foodservice and retail buyers Coordinate product tastings Build long-term customer relationships Increase sales throughout assigned territory Attend occasional trade shows and networking events

Preferred Experience: Experience selling to: Grocery Retail Foodservice Restaurants Healthcare Colleges & Universities Hospitality Catering Institutional Foodservice Candidates with existing relationships within Sysco, US Foods, Gordon Food Service, Performance Foodservice, Compass Group, Aramark, Sodexo, grocery chains, or restaurant groups are strongly encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of food industry sales experience preferred Existing buyer relationships preferred Strong communication and presentation skills Self-motivated and entrepreneurial Reliable transportation for local customer visits Knowledge of foodservice or grocery distribution
