Senior Property Manager

Responsibilities include: • Manage day-to-day operations across a commercial property portfolio• Build strong relationships with tenants, ownership, asset managers, and vendors• Prepare and review budgets, financial reports, and CAM reconciliations• Oversee lease administration, rent collections, and property financial performance• Coordinate tenant improvements and capital projects• Conduct property inspections and oversee maintenance needs• Bid, negotiate, and manage vendor/service contracts• Manage multiple properties, deadlines, and competing priorities• Communicate directly with senior leadership and client stakeholders

Qualifications: • Approximately 5+ years of commercial property management experience preferred• Experience managing a commercial portfolio• Strong understanding of budgets, reporting, and CAM reconciliations• Strong tenant and vendor relationship-management skills• Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking ability• Ability to work independently and operate with urgency• Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and clients• Adaptable and comfortable learning new technology and processes

Highly Preferred: • Industrial property experience• Third-party property management experience• Yardi experience• Tenant improvement / capital project experience• Office and/or retail property exposure• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
