Warehouse Associate

Key Responsibilities: Stock and organize products safely and accurately. Pull and prepare customer orders for pick-up or delivery. Load and unload the delivery trucks. Count and verify incoming and outgoing inventory. Rotate stock and report any damaged or missing items. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow company safety guidelines and procedures. Direct Manager/Direct Reports

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds continuously throughout the workday. Ability to move heavy products in busy warehouses and/or outdoor yards, using equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks, and involves active physical work.

Working Conditions: Work performed in a warehouse environment in conditions like noise, hot or cold temperatures Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) will be required.

Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds throughout the workday. Ability to read, write, understand, and communicating in English and/or bilingual (Spanish) may be required in specific locations. Comfortable using basic math in daily tasks. Preferred

Certifications: Forklift Certification preferred (training and certification can be obtained after hire through company training)

Starting wage may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position being offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. SRS Distribution offers additional competitive and non-financial benefits. Hourly associates may be eligible for overtime based on business needs. Depending on the role, associates may also be eligible for performance-based bonus programs, commissions, car allowance or automobile and fuel program, and reimbursement for travel expenses in accordance with company travel policy.
