Funeral Home Operations Director

Paycom is seeking an experienced manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a funeral home and associated cemeteries. The role requires a licensed funeral director with at least five years of professional experience and a minimum of three years in management, or completion of a dedicated management training program. You will meet with bereaved families to arrange services and merchandise, ensure compassionate, professional execution of funerals, and supervise staff.
