Job Description:
National top tier property management company is seeking a seasoned, highly motivated, customer service driven Maintenance Supervisor for luxury apartment community located in Brooklyn, NY. APARTMENT INCLUDED WITH POSITION
Requirements:
24/7 availability for emergencies 5 yrs minimum experience in (plumbing / electric / maintenance resolutions) Strong trouble shooting abilitiesreliable transportationvalid NY Driver’s Licenseindependent leader/managerstrong communicationcustomer service skillsteam player mentality
Responsibilities:
- Perform necessary maintenance duties to turn apartments upon vacancy
- Organizing/prioritizing maintenance tasks including work orders and repairs.
- Supervising/participating in all aspects of the preventative maintenance program, all snow removal efforts, as well as the rotating on-call emergency request function.
