Clear Plan is hiring for a Program Financial Analyst / Tool SME to oversee EVMS and ensure program compliance across schedules and costs. Travel to client sites is required at least 25% of the time.
The role supports cost control, CPR/IPMR deliverables, and interacts with DCMA for EVMS assessments. Ideal candidates have expert tool experience (Deltek Cobra, Oracle, or Microsoft toolsets), strong knowledge of government contracting and EVMS implementation, and proficiency in MS Office
