Desired Qualifications: Current and active RBT certification (Registered Behavior Technician) required Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations strongly preferred Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to collect data, implement behavior intervention plans, and follow BCBA direction with integrity Adaptability when supporting students with various needs across K-8 grade levels
