Partner with operations and sales teams to create targeted campaigns that support occupancy goals and patient acquisition. Manage market research and analytics to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and inform strategic decisions. Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and innovation. Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and community outreach initiatives. What You'll Bring 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with at least 5 years in healthcare, senior living, or related industries. Proven track record of driving growth and brand awareness in multi-location or multi-service organizations. Expertise in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools. Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex healthcare offerings into compelling, human-centered messages.
