Outbound Warehouse Supervisor

GXO Logistics is seeking an Outbound Warehouse Supervisor to lead a fast-paced shipping operation in our transportation and warehousing network. You will oversee outbound workflows, staffing and productivity to ensure accurate, on-time shipments for blue‑chip customers. Responsibilities include managing a team of warehouse associates, monitoring KPIs, enforcing safety and quality standards, and optimizing use of technology, automation and WMS tools. You’ll drive continuous improvement, coach your team, collaborate with cross‑functional partners and help deliver high-performance, customer-focused logistics solutions. Supervise daily outbound warehouse operations to ensure accurate, on-time shipments Lead, schedule and coach warehouse associates to meet productivity and quality targets Monitor KPIs and use data to optimize workflow, labor planning and dock utilization Ensure strict adherence to safety, OSHA and company compliance standards Oversee accurate picking, packing, staging and loading of outbound freight Leverage WMS, automation and shipping systems to improve accuracy and efficiency Collaborate with transportation, inventory and customer service teams to resolve issues Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce errors and improve throughput Conduct training, performance reviews and corrective actions as needed Maintain a clean, organized, audit-ready warehouse environment Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Inventory control Shipping and routing systems Data analysis and KPIs Microsoft Excel Safety and OSHA compliance Staff scheduling Lean or continuous improvement Forklift operations oversight Performance management Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k OSHA safety training Forklift certification Warehouse management system (WMS) proficiency Leadership or supervisory training
