Job ID: SRJ_8756Posted: 2026-05-04Location: Cincinnati, OHEmployment Type: C2C, Full TimeClient: TechMContact: Bhargav Chukka, Gulam Mohammed , Jhansi Bugatha, Vamsi SattaruCompany: SRI Tech SolutionsJob Summary – SAP PMMO (Project Management & Manufacturing Operations) ConsultantAny additional information you require for this job can be found in the below text Make sure to read thoroughly, then apply.Lead and support SAP PMMO workstream activities throughout Blueprinting, Realization, Testing, and Cutover phases for a greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation.Design and configure SAP Project Systems (PS) for project cost tracking, WBS structures, network scheduling, and milestone billing, especially for defense programs.Collaborate with Plant Maintenance (PM) and Production Planning (PP) teams to ensure integrated process design for complex aerospace manufacturing.Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with business stakeholders, document business process designs, and validate functional specifications.Support MES/SCADA integration to align shop floor execution with SAP S/4HANA system.Ensure all deliverables and documentation meet classified program protocols and stringent security requirements.Coordinate with client program managers and cross-functional SAP workstream leads (Finance, Procurement, QM, SCM) to maintain cohesive processes across the program.Participate actively in system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and cutover planning.Provide knowledge transfer and support change management activities for business users.Required: US Citizenship and active DoD Security Clearance (Secret minimum, Top Secret preferred).Requires minimum 8+ years of SAP functional experience and at least 3 full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations.Requires deep expertise in SAP PS (WBS, Networks, Milestones, Billing, Cost Management) and strong working knowledge of SAP PP/PM modules.Preferred: Experience in Aerospace & Defense or regulated manufacturing, SAP Defense & Security industry solution, MES integration, SAP certification, and compliance frameworks (CMMI, DCAA, FAR/DFARS). xhyhwjd SRI Tech Solutions is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, religion, age, sexual orientation, national origin or citizenship status or ethnic origin, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other occupationally irrelevant criteria.
