What you bring: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience with grinding, deburring, or similar manufacturing work is a plus. Strong attention to detail; able to follow precise directions. Ability to work independently and contribute in a team setting. Solid communication skills and a positive attitude. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
