AI Data Protection Associate Director

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience. Minimum 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, data protection, information security, or security engineering. Minimum 3 years leading complex technical initiatives or security programs. Experience delivering security solutions within financial services or another highly regulated industry preferred Talents Needed for Success: Required Deep understanding of Data Protection technologies, controls and governance frameworks Strong understanding of AI, GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, and associated security risks. Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale security solutions. Strong knowledge of: Data security and Data Governance Cloud security Encryption and key management Secure software development practicesAI Security Experience leading technical implementations across multiple engineering. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Financial Services or highly regulated industry experience. Experience translating complex technical requirements into scalable enterprise solutions Preferred Experience securing Generative AI platforms and AI-enabled applications. Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, AI gateways, and AI security controls. Familiarity with emerging AI security frameworks and industry standards. Experience establishing security guardrails for enterprise AI adoption. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, Azure Security Engineer, Microsoft Security, or equivalent credential The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
