This is a travel-intensive role requiring at least 50% travel, including overnight stays and varying schedules based on customer and project needs. What Youll Do Assist with on-site maintenance, repair, and service of conveyor systems Work alongside experienced technicians to complete field jobs safely and efficiently Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment Support both field service work and occasional shop/warehouse tasks Follow all OSHA/MSHA and company safety standards Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors What the Job Is Really Like Work takes place in various industrial environments (plants, mines, construction sites), which may include exposure to temperature extremes, humidity, moving mechanical parts, risk of electrical shock, toxic chemicals, airborne particles, and fumes from adhesives, solvents, and paints. Youll be working physicallylifting, climbing, and being on your feet. You may be asked to safely lift 75-100 pounds frequently, using proper lifting techniques. Travel required 50%+, including overnight travel and multi-day jobs Schedules can vary, including days, nights, weekends, and on-call work Safety is non-negotiablePPE and procedures are strictly followed, including hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and as needed, respirator, gloves, and other required protective equipment as required.
