Senior Manager/Director of Finance & FP&A Transformation We are seeking an experienced finance leader to drive transformation initiatives across key financial processes and operating models.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferredMBA or advanced professional qualification strongly desired 10+ years of consulting or industry experience focused on finance transformation, process improvement, M&A, and organizational change
- Deep expertise in core financial processes, including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
- Experience in financial due diligence, synergy analysis, integration planning, and post-merger integration
- Background in shared services design, outsourcing, and vendor selection
- Proven ability to lead complex engagements and manage teams in fast‑paced environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience handling large, complex datasets
- Advanced financial modeling and valuation capabilities
- Excellent communication and client‑facing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI and Adaptive is a plus
- Highly self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently under pressure

- Formal 90-day performance evaluation focused on execution quality, communication, analytical capability, and portfolio management
- Clear path for growth based on ownership, impact, and ability to scale customer value
- Salary Range $200K - 250K depending on experience
