Enterprise Growth & Commercial Director

Kings III, owner of Lift Net, seeks a seasoned Commercial Director to drive revenue growth, enterprise contracts, and go-to-market strategy across real estate, transit, healthcare, and government. You will own pricing governance, contract terms, and the commercial function, building a scalable team and a robust CRM-driven pipeline for six- and seven-figure deals. You will lead marketing, partnerships, and pre-sales, while coordinating with legal counsel to finalize MSSA and T&C artifacts.
