About the Role: The Company is seeking a Vice President, Acquisition Underwriting to join their team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the evaluation, underwriting, structuring, and closing of acquisition opportunities. Key responsibilities for the Vice President, Acquisition Underwriting include developing detailed financial models, assessing various financial assumptions, and conducting sensitivity analyses to evaluate risk and potential returns. The role demands a professional with a strong background in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or a principal investment role, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience, possess strong financial modeling skills, and have a solid understanding of business valuation, market analysis, and capital markets.
