Warehouse Baler Operator

Pay Range: $18.00 per hour. We share our pay range because transparency matters. This reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role based on experience and performance. • What we trust you to do:
• Transfers trash and recyclable material to the compactor/baler area and maintains a clean work area.
• Separates recyclable material from trash.
• Operates all machinery used to handle trash or recycled material.
• Loads/unloads Junk bedding, Shuttle, Receiving and Recycling trailers.
• Handles, repackages, and moves returned merchandise
• Sorts, transports, processes recycling material and disposes all trash generated from the department's daily operations
• Assist with the overall cleanliness of the DC by ensuring floor is clear of recycling debris
• Uses and maintains tools and equipment in accordance with company and OSHA safety standards
• Any other function or responsibility as assigned by the Supervisor
