Marketing Logistics Coordinator At COCOON, we're reimagining the remodeling experience—and bringing that experience to life takes more than great ideas. From community events and brand activations to seasonal displays and experiences within our Design Studio, there's a lot of hands-on work happening behind the scenes to help COCOON connect with people, build relationships in our community, and ultimately create opportunities to help more people reimagine their homes. As our Marketing Logistics Coordinator, you'll be the hands-on member of our Marketing & Hospitality team who helps turn ideas into experiences. You'll load vans, set up events, install displays, organize inventory, decorate our spaces, and make sure everything is ready when and where it needs to be. While much of your work will happen behind the scenes, its impact won't. The experiences you help create are often someone's first interaction with COCOON. Doing your job well helps our Marketing team reach more families, creates opportunities for our Sales team, and ultimately helps bring more remodeling projects through our doors. This is not a traditional desk-based marketing position. It's an active, physical role for someone who likes working with their hands, staying busy, solving problems, and seeing the tangible results of their work. Marketing experience isn't required—we're looking for someone dependable, resourceful, and eager to learn. Bring Events & Brand Activations to LifeHelp prepare materials and equipment for COCOON events, community activations, and hospitality experiences. Load, transport, unload, set up, and break down event materials including tents, tables, signage, décor, displays, giveaways, and other equipment. Drive COCOON's Transit van to transport event materials and supplies. Assist during events when additional on-site support is needed. Help install signage, displays, and temporary event elements using basic hand and power tools. Ensure everything returns from an event and is cleaned, organized, and properly stored. Own Marketing Inventory & Storage Maintain an organized inventory of marketing and event materials including signage, décor, tents, tables, linens, displays, giveaways, and supplies. Partner with COCOON's Facilities Manager to keep storage areas organized, labeled, accessible, and safe. Return materials to their proper locations promptly after events. Monitor the condition of equipment and identify items that need to be cleaned, repaired, replaced, or reordered. Coordinate repairs or replacement of damaged marketing and event materials. Help create systems that make it easy for the Marketing team to know what we have, where it is, and whether it's ready for the next event. Support Seasonal Décor & COCOON SpacesAssist with seasonal decorating at COCOON's Design Studios. Install and remove décor, signage, displays, and other brand elements throughout the year. Support physical setup for customer experiences, company gatherings, and community initiatives. Safely use ladders, drills, and basic tools for installations. Work alongside COCOON's skilled craftspeople when larger or more complex displays require additional expertise – with opportunities to learn along the way. Be Marketing's Hands-On Utility Player Prepare materials and supplies for upcoming events and marketing initiatives. Assemble giveaways, event kits, signage, displays, and other promotional materials. Run local errands and pick up supplies as needed. Wash and organize event linens and other reusable materials. Maintain, clean, and prepare equipment between events. Help coordinate repairs, replacement items, and supply orders. Jump in on other hands-on Marketing and Hospitality projects as needs arise. What You'll BringNo formal marketing experience required. A willingness to learn and an interest in events, marketing, hospitality, building, or hands-on work. Comfort using basic hand tools and a drill. Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Comfort working on ladders and performing physical work for extended periods. Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors throughout the year. Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets COCOON's requirements for operating company vehicles. Comfort driving a commercial-style Transit van. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and recognize what needs to be done without always waiting for the next instruction. Reliable communication and follow-through.
