Project Manager

Job Description: Plan, execute, and manage construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. Monitor project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as needed to stay on track. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle. Conduct project evaluations and identify areas for improvement. Maintain clear and effective communication with all team members and stakeholders. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: Experience managing construction projects within the property industry. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities. Knowledge of construction safety and regulatory standards. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
