Workforce Linc, in partnership with Republic Services, is looking for experienced Heavy Equipment Technicians to train the next generation of diesel professionals in the DFW area. What You'll Do:
Deliver hands-on and classroom training Share real-world troubleshooting and repair experience Coach and mentor future technicians Prepare training materials, equipment, and workshop space Evaluate student progress and provide support where needed Utilize multiple training methods including hands-on instruction, presentations, online learning tools, and guided practice Help students develop the technical and professional skills needed for long-term success What We're Looking For 5+ years of Heavy Equipment Technician experience Caterpillar, Komatsu, or similar equipment experience preferredASE Certifications (current or expired) are a plus Strong communication and leadership skills High School Diploma or GEDValid Driver's License Full-
