Director, Major Gifts & Donor Strategy

Classical California seeks a strategic Director, Major Gifts to lead our major and mid-level giving programs, setting vision for donor cultivation and stewardship across KUSC and KDFC. This role drives revenue growth, donor retention, and pipeline development, reporting to the President. The incumbent will manage a team of gift officers, oversee events, and collaborate across USC Advancement, Development, Marketing, Finance, and Programs. Travel will be required between LA and SF.
