About the role

To support upcoming federal government contracts, the remote Industrial/Organizational Psychologist will conduct needs assessments, analyze career progression frameworks, and develop implementation strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities: Conduct needs assessment and analyze existing career progression materials and practices Obtain stakeholder insights through focus groups, interviews, or surveys Create reports and briefings to present findings and recommendations to leadershipRequired qualifications: Ph.D. or master's in industrial/organizational psychology from an accredited institution 5+ years of experience in job analysis, assessments, and workforce studies Must have or be able to obtain a top-secret security clearance and be a U.S. Citizen Proficiency in statistical analysis and familiarity with statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, or SAS) Strong abilities in interpreting complex data for informed decision-making regarding HR policies
