Assistant Director of Service Delivery

Serving as the primary liaison for offshore subcontractor partners, the remote Assistant Director of Service Delivery will manage relationships, ensure service delivery excellence, and drive performance improvements in a full-time capacity. Key responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with offshore subcontractor partners, ensuring timely issue resolution Provide leadership to offshore teams by establishing priorities and performance expectations for consistent delivery outcomes Manage partner performance through KPIs/SLAs, analyzing data, and implementing corrective action plans Required qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred 3-4 years of experience working with a global customer or partner required 6-8 years of experience in a Revenue Cycle Management environment Background in Revenue Cycle Management strongly preferred
