Overview As Marketing Director at Ghafari, you shape and execute a global marketing strategy that supports business growth and client acquisition. You lead a distributed team across 11 offices, drive brand consistency, and collaborate with client teams to translate market insights into opportunities. You’ll own digital marketing, events, and content, measuring impact with ROI and analytics. Compensation / Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision Life Insurance Short-Term & Long-Term Disability 401(k) match Flexible Spending Accounts Health Savings Accounts Responsibilities Lead and develop a distributed marketing team supporting all 11 global offices Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives Create strategies to reach new markets and client segments Oversee brand identity, messaging consistency across channels Conduct market research and translate insights into opportunities Collaborate with client-facing teams to align with client needs and expectations Oversee content creation for website, social, whitepapers, etc. Lead digital marketing: website, ads, social, email, SEO/SEMAnalyze marketing metrics and drive data-driven decisions Plan and execute events to boost visibility and client acquisition Develop and manage marketing budget and monitor ROIMaintain up-to-date client databases and implement efficiency-focused processes Draft executive communications for internal/external audiences Identify tools to improve efficiency and vet new technologies Key requirements 10+ years of marketing experience with 5+ years in management Experience in Architecture/Engineering/Construction or real estate preferred Proven track record of driving sales growth domestically and internationally Experience building and growing a marketing team Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint and Open Asset preferred; Joist AI a plus Bachelor in Marketing or related field; MBA a plus Leadership and strategic thinking Excellent communication and presentation skills Excellent business writing and editing Adobe Creative Suite Microsoft Office Deltek Vantagepoint
