Manager of Payor Strategy

To support strategic initiatives in a remote environment, the full-time Manager of Payor Strategy will conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, manage key payor contracting initiatives, and drive cross-functional collaboration with various departments. Key responsibilities Conduct analyses and develop frameworks to support payor contracting initiatives Develop KPIs and dashboards while identifying revenue opportunities and challenges Translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for senior leadership Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in healthcare administration or business preferred Experience in healthcare operations, payor contracting, or project management PMP or similar project management certification preferred Strong analytical skills and experience with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities
