Software Engineering Intern (Summer 2027)

What You Will Do: Apply technical principles, theories, and concepts. Contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Analyze technical problems and provide innovative solutions. Work effectively and contribute during various phases of the software development life-cycle. Participate in development efforts of real time embedded software. Drive towards meeting technical goals. Communicate effectively with team members and leaders across multiple disciplines and functional areas. U.S. Citizenship is required.

Qualifications: Must Have Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Advanced degree in an applicable discipline and actively enrolled through completion of the internship / co‐op session. Must have a minimum of 60 hours of credit by the start of the internship / co‐op session. Developing software utilizing C/C++, Python, Ada or related tools/languages. Knowledge of real time embedded software development. Solid academic & technical background in computer science / software engineering. This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. Except in rare circumstances, only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications: Prefer Hardware / software integration experience. Knowledge and Experience with Radar Technology. Experience with developing and integrating software for Radar systems. Knowledge in the phases of the software development life-cycle. Knowledge of Software Development Processes. Experience with Agile and Continuous Integration methodologies.
