What You'll Do: Prepare and bake fresh breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other bakery products Follow recipes and production standards to ensure consistent quality Operate ovens, mixers, proofers, and bakery equipment safely Monitor freshness, baking times, temperatures, and presentation Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bakery Follow food-safety and sanitation standards Properly store ingredients and finished products Help minimize waste while maintaining high-quality standards Work alongside a supportive bakery and store team to deliver a great customer experience

What We're Looking For: Previous baking or bakery experience preferred Passion for producing fresh, high-quality products Knowledge of baking techniques and food-safety practices Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes consistently Dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Culinary or baking certification is a plus, but not required Build More Than Great Baked Goods Build a Career We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company, take pride in being part of a strong team, and potentially advance into greater responsibilities as the organization continues to expand.
