Marine Rigger

Job Description: This role focuses on boat building, troubleshooting, and repairing marine assemblies within a safety-driven marine manufacturing environment. You will use hand tools, interpret prints and drawings, and contribute to the construction and maintenance of marine vessels while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities: Build and assemble marine vessels and components in accordance with technical prints, drawings, and specifications. Troubleshoot issues with marine assemblies and identify root causes of mechanical or structural problems. Perform repairs on marine assemblies to restore proper function and ensure reliability and safety. Use a variety of hand tools and equipment safely and effectively during boat building and repair activities. Follow established safety procedures and maintain a strong safety-focused approach in all tasks. Review and interpret technical documentation, diagrams, and work instructions to complete assignments accurately. Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards. Inspect completed work to verify accuracy, functionality, and compliance with quality requirements. Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly store tools and materials. Report any equipment or safety concerns promptly to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
