Salary/Pay Rate: $84,573 - $105,726 Annually plus excellent benefits

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in urban planning, urban design, architecture or a related field or four years related work experienceSix years of professional experience in urban planning or community developmentSome supervisory experienceCertification by American Institute of Certified Planners or NC Certified Zoning Official or ability to obtain within 12 months of employmentValid NC driver’s license or valid out-of-state driver’s license with the ability to obtain a valid NC driver’s license within sixty days of employment and good driving recordWork Schedule The Planning and Development Services Manager performs difficult professional work in developing community plans and schematics, comprehensive plans, preparing policies, reviewing site plans and special research and projects for the Community and Business Development department.
