Onsite Client & Network Support Specialist

Kaleida Health is seeking a Client and Network Analyst to support end-user technology across the Buffalo site. You will install, repair, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, phones, and network components onsite, while also handling requests and project work. The role requires extensive experience in technical support, strong analytical skills, and the ability to document and share findings with the IT team. On-call and weekend coverage are required, with a bi-weekly pay cycle.
