The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, managing, and holding the team accountable for their commitments, as well as removing obstacles, managing major projects, and standardizing work processes. This leadership position requires close collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer to translate strategic ideas into functional plans across various business areas. The VP Ops will also be instrumental in integrating and optimizing the major functions of the business, with a focus on the six key components: people, vision, data, issues, process, and traction. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Operations - Supply Chain - Logistics include partnering with the CEO on strategic planning, owning the business scorecard, and leading the team to achieve growth and P&L objectives.
