Strategic Finance / Capital Markets - Digital Infrastructure

We are supporting a leading infrastructure investor with the build-out of two data center portfolio companies - one an established, institutionally backed operator with an active capital markets program, and the other a newly capitalized platform being built from the ground up. Across both businesses, finance teams are expanding across: Capital Markets Project / Infrastructure Finance Corporate Development Investments Strategic Finance We are particularly interested in speaking with Analysts, Associates and VPs in Chicago who have built their experience across infrastructure, energy, real assets or complex financing transactions and are interested in moving closer to the underlying asset. That could include candidates coming from: Project Finance / Infrastructure Finance Power & Utilities / Energy Investment Banking Structured Finance / Securitization Leveraged or Acquisition Finance Infrastructure Private Equity / Credit Real Estate / Real Assets Finance For candidates currently sitting within banks, lenders, advisory teams or investment funds, this is an opportunity to move onto the principal/operator side - working directly on capital deployment, financing strategy and investment decisions rather than advising on or underwriting them from the outside. The roles offer exposure to senior leadership and live transactions as both platforms continue to scale. Direct data center experience is not required. Experience financing, underwriting, advising on or investing in large-scale infrastructure, power, energy, real estate or contracted assets can translate very well into the sector.
