Franchise Operations Leader — Nashville, Multi‑Unit

Confidential Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Director of Franchise Operations to oversee a portfolio of three to six restaurants in the Nashville area. You will live in one restaurant and manage from the floor, reporting to owners with a hands-on, owner-operator mindset.
