General Manager

Key Responsibilities: Lead all front-of-house operations, ensuring consistently high service standards and memorable guest experiences. Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team, including managers and front-of-house staff. Partner closely with the Executive Chef and Operations team to drive operational excellence, efficiency, and profitability. Oversee financial performance, including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, labor, inventory, and cost controls. Maintain high standards across service, cleanliness, food safety, beverage execution, and regulatory compliance. Manage service across dine-in, catering, takeout, delivery, and events. Develop and implement SOPs to ensure consistency, accountability, and efficient operations. Oversee scheduling, performance management, opening and closing procedures, and day-to-day operational systems. Build a positive team culture through clear communication, collaboration, and leadership by example. What We’re Looking For4–5 years of General Manager experience, ideally in a high-volume hospitality operation. A strong track record of leading teams and delivering exceptional guest service. Proven financial and operational expertise, including P&L statements, budgets, forecasting, COGS, and labor management. Experience creating and implementing operational procedures and service standards. Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and operational technology.
