Director, Aquatics & Youth Programs

YMCA of Greenwich seeks an Athletic and Youth Program Director to build and lead its aquatic and youth programming portfolio. This leadership role partners with head coaches to set standards, grow teams, and guide athletes toward clear, supported paths from swim lessons to competitive pathways. You will oversee swim school operations and youth programming, manage budgets, and collaborate with community partners to expand access and impact across programs.
