Head of AI-Driven Developer Platform & Experience

Motive seeks a Director of Developer Platform & Experience to own the execution of an AI-driven, cloud-based developer lifecycle. The role leads end-to-end platform work across North America, Europe, and Asia, guiding engineers to ship faster with less friction and higher confidence. You will own the inner loop: developer experience, infrastructure, build/CI/CD, testing frameworks, and governance for agentic development. This is a builder’s role, not a strategy position.
