Senior AI Research & Engineering Recruiter

Mistral is building and scaling US-based research and engineering teams from the ground up. As a member of the US Talent Acquisition team, you'll shape recruitment strategy and operations, partnering with Research leadership to attract exceptional researchers and engineers who will advance Mistral's frontier-model ambitions. You will own end-to-end technical recruitment, build candidate experiences, and help raise hiring standards across the US as we grow.
