Job Description Job Description Stoughton Health has an excellent opportunity for an Experienced HR Business Partner to join our team on a Full-Time basis.Stoughton Health has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) & HRIS Administrator to join our team in a full-time capacity.Located just 20 minutes south of Madison, Stoughton Health is seeking an experienced HR professional who combines strong business partnership skills with a passion for leveraging technology. This role serves as a strategic partner to leaders across the organization while also leading optimization, administration, and continuous improvement of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), currently UKG.The ideal candidate brings expertise in employment law, employee relations, talent management, and HR technology, along with a proven ability to lead system enhancements, drive adoption of new tools, and maximize the value of HR technology solutions. Our organization employs approximately 475 team members and is proud to be recognized as a Top Workplace in Dane County.This role offers a unique opportunity to influence organizational strategy, shape the employee experience, and lead HR technology initiatives in a highly collaborative healthcare environment.Position Requirements:Required: Bachelor's degree in Business/Human Resources ManagementPreferred: Advanced education in a related field with several years of commensurate related human resources experience and solid knowledge of human resources laws and regulations. In addition, ideal candidates possess UKG Partner & Consultant Certifications, Customer & Product Badges, and Learning & Course Certificates.Professional Experience: Strong background in HR leadership and business partnership. Advanced skills in managing and improving HRIS platforms. Expert knowledge of current labor and employment laws. Proven ability to lead large technical projects and software rollouts.
