Description:
Everett Public Schools is seeking up to six team members to participate in professional development and collaborative planning for the start-up of its CTI Culinary Arts adult-training program. Participants may include the Program Manager and other staff whose roles support successful program implementation. Activities may include training on the Apricot data-management system, grant requirements, program operations, participant support, team coordination, and other topics relevant to the CTI program.
Required Qualifications:
Current or anticipated role supporting the CTI Culinary Arts program. Ability to participate in assigned professional-development, training, and program-planning activities. Willingness to learn the systems, procedures, and grant requirements associated with the CTI program. Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and follow-through skills. Ability to apply training to assigned program responsibilities. Availability to complete approved professional-development and planning activities between October 2026 and February 2027.
Responsibilities:
Participate in required professional-development sessions related to the CTI Culinary Arts program. Attend training on the Apricot data-management system, as applicable to the individual’s program responsibilities. Develop an understanding of CTI grant requirements, required documentation, participant tracking, outcome reporting, and program expectations. Participate in program start-up, planning, and implementation meetings. Collaborate with the Program Manager, curriculum-development team, support staff, administrators, and external partners. Assist with establishing consistent procedures for participant recruitment, enrollment, onboarding, attendance, credential tracking, program completion, and employment outcomes. Participate in training related to adult learning, equitable access, participant support, workforce development, industry-recognized credentials, or other relevant program needs. Review program timelines, staff responsibilities, communication procedures, and implementation expectations. Apply information from training and planning sessions to assigned CTI program responsibilities. Complete any required training materials, documentation, or follow-up activities. Complete other professional-development and program-planning activities as assigned by the Program Manager or Director of Career and Technical Education. Compensation Team members will be compensated at a rate of $40.00 per hour for 10 hours ($400 per team member). This is a temporary, grant-funded (Career Technical Initiative; Commonwealth Corporation) opportunity, and compensation is contingent upon continued grant funding, verified participation, and completion of assigned activities.
