Responsibilities: Work directly with children and families in home-based or community settings, following individualized ABA treatment plans Implement programs to improve communication, social, daily living, and adaptive skills Collect accurate data during each session to track client progress and outcomes Collaborate closely with supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)Support behavior reduction strategies while maintaining a compassionate, professional approach Build trusting relationships with clients and families through consistent, empathetic communication Participate in ongoing professional development and uphold ethical standards in all clinical interactions

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain it (we offer guidance, and support!)Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Genuine passion for helping children reach their goals through evidence-based ABA therapy
