Guest Research, Inc., a division of Hannah Marketing Group, Inc., is a boutique research and consulting company specializing in guest and employee satisfaction and loyalty measurement. The company offers the only online survey system based 100% on the Net Promoter ScoreSM and developed and refined over 18 years. Our focus is on true loyalty, not programmatic loyalty. Clients in the recreation and leisure industries include independent ski resorts, non-ski resorts, lodging companies and attractions, many of whom we have served continuously for more than 10 years.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
This position is the senior account management role within the company and requires strong account management and research skills. The position is responsible for the company’s overall client satisfaction and retention and for managing 35-40 clients utilizing our NPS® survey system specifically designed to enhance the guest experience, increase loyalty and drive higher repeat and referral revenues.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Build and manage long-term client relationships utilizing our NPS survey system
Design complex, online surveys measuring NPS, CSAT and key drivers Synthesize data, identify problems and propose fact-based solutions; present recommendations in written reports and in online and on-site presentations Identify opportunities to continue to enhance our NPS survey system and client reports Utilize AI for content analysis and explore additional opportunities with AIConduct ad hoc research studies for clients using our NPS survey system Work closely with our IT team and third-party IT teams (e.g., clients’ CRM and POS vendors) Conduct new business presentations, prepare and secure contracts Be the external “face” of the company, particularly to the ski industry Present at ski industry conferences Author monthly educational newsletters for clients Write educational articles for ski industry trade publications Up to 10% annual overnight travelQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, research, psychology or related field AND 8+ years’ experience in customer experience research, including a minimum of 5 years of satisfaction and loyalty research and account management experienceor Master’s degree in marketing, business, research, psychology or related field AND 6 years’ experience in customer experience research, including a minimum of 3 years of satisfaction and loyalty research and account management experience Proficiency in NPS-specific research statistics High-level analytical and problem-solving abilities

Limited travel to conferences will be expected. Overnight travel will be under 10% of annual working hours.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Base compensation $90,000-$110,000, dependent on experience
