Software Development Manager

Who you are: 2+ years of recent experience managing enterprise software developers in Microsoft environments (Entra, Azure, Power Platform, Foundry, and. NET Core) designing scalable and secure architecture, ideally with large data sets Proven ability to mentor teams through change, and experience with transformative AI adoption a big plus Collaborative and “roll with the punches” mindset and ability to reprioritize in a dynamic environmentU.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education. The role is expected to pay up to $175,000-$225,000.
