Senior Integrations Engineer

The Overview Our Senior Integrations Engineer is a high-impact technical role where you’ll architect, build, and deploy scalable integrations connecting HubSpot to leading CRMs, ERPs, accounting systems, and custom APIs. Your Impact and Core Objectives: Design and build custom integrations between HubSpot and external systems like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite and QuickBooksGather technical requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications. Develop APIs, webhooks, and middleware using .NET, Node.js, and/or JavaScriptDeploy and manage cloud-based integration solutions in Amazon Web Services and Microsoft AzureCreate workflows using native HubSpot features or automation platforms like Zapier or MakeCreate data mapping and synchronization strategies Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows Collaborate with clients and various internal teams to deliver the right technical solution Maintain technical documentation, team standards and best practices Mentor junior developers The Skills and Qualifications You Bring:8+ years of software engineering experience 4+ years of experience building API-driven integrations Strong expertise in Node.js and JavaScriptExperience with AWS and Azure cloud environments and fluency with serverless technologies (AWS Lambda / Azure Functions) Proficiency with REST APIs, OAuth, and webhooks Competence with SQL and NoSQL databases Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Experience with version control and deployments using Git and CI/CDAuthorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
